Cancellation Policy
We provide a full refund for cancellations requested 10 days before the tour date (Japan Standard Time). However, any third-party costs or payment processing fees incurred during the refund process (e.g. credit card, PayPal, or banking fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Tour cancellations by Amami Tours
Please note that tours may be cancelled by Amami Tours for safety purposes and/or unspecified reasons in the event of severe weather conditions, incidents beyond our control, or situations inhibiting us from conducting a quality tour in a timely manner. In such instances a full refund will be provided and customers will be notified of tour cancellation as soon as possible.

Additionally, a refund will be provided to persons who are unable to participate on a tour due to flight or ferry cancellations officially issued by an airline or ferry operator.
